We have 3 different levels based on your budget and desired savings. The levels are $99/month, $149/month and $199/month.

Look at this as a “beauty savings account”. Each month money will build up in your account for you to use on future services/products.

There is a one time activation fee of $150.

By signing up for a membership it qualifies you for savings and allows you to build up your account to “spend less out of pocket” the day of your appointment.

Each tier gives you different perks. It will also qualify you for exclusive pricing with our monthly product or service highlights. Example: each month we will run a “members only special”. These are the ONLY specials we will run, no other monthly discounts will be available.

Yes! You can use your banked money on any product or services we offer at Hazel + Honey Med Spa. Nothing is off limits!

Yes! You can sign up anytime and as soon as you pay your initial term fee you can start saving same day!

Yes, you can always upgrade your tier. However, you cannot downgrade without a cancellation fee.

All memberships are charged on the day they sign up for membership. For example, if you sign up on January 15th you will get charged the 15th of every month. This can be changed but to do so you will have to call the office and we can make that adjustment.

Yes, you are locked in for 12 months and will renew for 12 more months automatically unless you let us know you would like to cancel.

No, your balance is there for you at all times and never expires.

Yes, all memberships require a 12 month contract. If you decide to cancel before the 12 months there will be a $250 cancellation fee to cover the savings you were given during your term.

If you end up cancelling your membership under 12 months you will get charged $250 (that can come out of our balance or directly pulled from card on file). All membership cancellations have to be done over the phone with a Hazel + Honey team member. If you still have money in your wallet that will still be yours to use but you will no longer be eligible for the discounted pricing. Any money in wallet is not redeemable for refund, it must be used at Hazel + Honey and stays in the account until used up.
